EPHS Robotics Club

The Advisor for this club is Mr. Mike Maas. The club meets after school every day from January - March plus some weekends; students compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition. To learn more about the FIRST Competition, go to www.usfirst.org.

In 2008, the FIRST Robotics Competition Regional's will be held at Williams Arena, March 27-29. There is no fee and it is open to the public. For a complete schedule of events, see www.mnfirstregional.org/regional/eventagenda.html.

Adult mentors are needed to help the club build competitive robots. Experience in the fields of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Programming, Marketing, etc. is helpful and greatly appreciated. Corporate and private donations are needed to meet the $12,500 annual cost to compete. If you are interested in mentoring or donating, please contact Mike Maas.
