Eden Prairie Scholars
Beginning with the class of 2008, Eden Prairie High School will no longer recognize Valedictorian or Salutatorian status. There will be two ways of recognizing student academic achievement.
Honors Diploma
The honors diploma will be awarded to EPHS seniors who:
- complete 6 or more AP or college-level credits
- have 3.5 or higher GPA
- have a minimum of 54 credits
Eden Prairie Scholars
EPHS seniors who have a GPA of 3.75 or higher are recognized as Eden Prairie Scholars. Highest scholars with a GPA of 3.9 to 4.0 will receive a gold cord at graduation. High scholars with a GPA of 3.75 to 3.89 will receive a silver cord.
